Performance-based navigation (PBN)

The PBN specifies the performance requirements of the navigation system, and the necessary functionality, for the proposed operations in a given airspace. This concept represents a shift from navigation based on specific radio aids to navigation based on performance.

Required Navigation Performance (RNP) and area navigation (RNAV) are defined in terms of precision, integrity, readiness, continuity and functionality required for proposed operations in the context of a particular airspace, when supported by an appropriate navigation infrastructure.

One of the necessary requirements for an optimal validation is the verification of interferences. Grupairmed has an innovative system that allows you to check all the frequencies of all the satellites.
